Shady Knoll Four Grain Whiskey
Our Four Grain Whiskey is double distilled “on the grain” in our alembic Charentais pot still in order to enhance its flavor and proof. We then age it for at least four years in new charred American oak barrels and then finish it for several additional months in premium used Portuguese Port barrels. The nose and taste of our Four Grain Whiskey reflects the terroir and complexity of our unique grain mash bill, the multiple flavors from our charred oak barrels and the rich smoothness of our Port barrels.
